Double trouble: One half of BlackMen.net twin sensations Keyon and Teyon will spend the next 4-8 years in prison. 26-year-old Taleon Goffney (aka Teyon) was sentenced this past Tuesday.
Mr. Goffney is currently awaiting a separate trial on burglary and conspiracy charges with his twin, Keyontyli... Their mother, Towana, 42, was arrested in April for allegedly serving as a lookout. She and Keyontyli Goffney are free on bail; Taleon has remained in prison since his arrest and will receive credit for time served. Taleon Goffney is a martial arts enthusiast who “became notorious among police for his skill at escaping,” including a leap from the roof of a building he was caught attempting to rob. While handcuffed, he smashed out the rear window of a police cruiser with his head “and dove out of the moving car. He ran off before jumping into a nearby pond… taunting officers, saying ‘You’ll never catch me.’”
